Lucy HG Solomon interviews the daughters of nuclear physics.  Nuclear Daughters:  How Energy Grew Up tells the story of California’s role in the nuclear arms race through the daughters of the nuclear physicists who developed, protested, or ignored the atomic bomb.  The project, currently in development, hinges on interviews with three prominent California artists who were the daughters of nuclear physicists during the nuclear arms race.  These remarkable women are artist Nancy Buchanan, artist Sheila Pinkel, and filmmaker Judith Dancoff.
