Lucy HG Solomon talks with scientists!  She continues conversations initiated with The Grafting Parlour, an art/science collective engaged in interdisciplinary research and public discussions, as well as discussions fueling projects by The League of Imaginary Scientists.  These interactions include conversations with brainbow engineer and professor of Moclecular and Cellular Biology at Harvard – Dr Jeff Lichtman, Finnish biologist and researcher into the fading freshwater pearl mussel of the far North – Dr. Panu Oulasvirta, National Science Fellow, and environmental activist and organic chemist based in Missouri – Dr. David Garin, among many others.  The artist’s directed discussions with scientists are fuel for creative projects.
